I was voted in to be the President of the Animation Club
• We learned to create lesson plans and teaching exercises
• Create and play games within the topics of drawing and animating
• The team was about to create a Film Festival Event for the spring
semester in 2018
• Organized a club trip to go to Anime Boston in 2019
With my Professor’s recommendation (Michael Swartz), I was given
the opportunity to be a part of the VR Spherical Campus project
• With a co-worker we took 360 Pano shots of the Campus and New
Bedford Area
• Edit and clean the images in Adobe Photoshop while creating a
school map in Adobe illustrator.
• We work according to our own time/ schedule with the goal of
working 45 hours a week and meeting with the professor and
supervisor every two weeks
• We had our own office space and we were usually alone for most of
the weeks with the professor sometimes stopping by.
I applied and was hired through the system.
• Created Art and Craft Lessons for two sessions for kids between Pre-k-2 and then 3-7 grade.
• I would teach on Wednesday and Friday while the rest of the weeks I would watch over the game room as a Staff
In my last year of high school, I was selected to be interning for the freshman art teacher in my senior year. I took attendance, cover for the teacher when she was absent, did art tasks around the school (obtaining the nickname: Paperboy) and I was able to have the experience to learn more professional and art skills during the free time.
